• We apply public health principles in our work:

• Primary Prevention measures to prevent HIV/AIDS, drug abuse, TB, Malaria and Hepatitis

• Secondary prevention measures to ensure early detection and successful management and treatment for people living with these conditions.

• Tertiary prevention measures to limit further negative effects of these conditions and increase the quality of life of people living with the same.

• We address the cause of the vulnerability to such conditions and their impacts.

• Our programs are informed by evidence in order to respond to the needs of those most vulnerable to these conditions and their consequences.

• Respecting diversity and promoting the quality of all people without distinction of any kind, such as sex, race, color, age, language, religion, political or other opinion, national or social origin, property, birth, physical or mental disability, health status (including HIV/AIDS, hepatitis, drug dependence) sexual orientation or civil, political, social or other status.

• Our activities shall be consistent with the organization mission which is to serve as the foundation for strategic planning and as the blueprint for the organization’s activities directed toward making sure that its goals are met. These activities shall be carried out on the concept of serving others. The governing body (Executive Council) shall hold ultimate responsibility for all activities and resources of the organization.
